2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping.
3. Limited Editions & Pre-Orders
Limited edition products have a fixed production quantity. Once sold out, no additional units will be produced. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of 1-XM. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
1-XM is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
