1-XM was born from a simple idea: why should great design be locked behind mass production? Every X-Model is 100% in-house — from concept sketches and 3D modeling through mold making, resin casting, LED integration, and final quality assurance. We're a small team of designers, engineers, and craftspeople who believe the best collectibles are built by hand, not stamped out by a machine halfway across the world. Each piece carries the mark of the person who made it.

Every X-Model is cast, finished, and tested in our own workshop. No third-party manufacturing, no supply chain gaps.
From napkin sketch to production-ready 3D model, our design team handles every detail internally.
We design and assemble proprietary LED modules in-house — RGB, touch-sensitive, motion-activated, or your spec.
Each piece passes multi-point QA: mold inspection, casting integrity, LED function test, and final finish sign-off.
